OLUKARE OF IKARE-AKOKO OBA AKADRI SALIU MOMOH CONGRATULATES AIYEDATIWA AND HIS DEPUTY

The Olukare of Ikare-Akoko in Ondo State, His Imperial Majesty Oba Akadri Saliu Momoh has congratulated the Ondo State Governor,His Excellency Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa and his Deputy,Dr.Olayide Owolabi Adelami on their swearing-in ceremony held on 24th,Feb.2925 in Akure,the Ondo State Capital
He congratulated the Governor and his Deputy on behalf of the good people of Ikare-Akoko while fielding questions from Today’s News Correspondent during the swearing-in ceremony of the Governor and his Deputy in Akure penultimate week .
The one of the foremost Yoruba traditional rulers in Nigeria harped that the emergence of the Governor and his Deputy at the helms of affairs of Ondo State was an act of Allah.
“We are very lucky to have His Excellency Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa as our Governor in Ondo State and there is no iota of doubt in my mind that he will move Ondo State forward ,more than he met it”,Oba Akadri Saliu Momoh declared.
Oba Akadri Saliu Momoh stated that the opening of a befitting Secretariat in Akure by the Governor , for Council of Traditional Rulers in Ondo State is a welcome development and an indication that the State Government is one hundred percent ready to work effectively with Obas in Ondo State with a view to enhancing peace,security and rapid development of Ondo State.
Recapitulating, the monarch appreciatied all and sundry who came to witness and celebrated his 40th anniversary with him,in Ikare-Akoko,Ondo State few months ago.
“I must commend the planning committee,sons and daughters of Ikare-Akoko home and overseas,traditional rulers,captains’ of industries, top government functionaries,Ondo State Government under the leadership of His Excellency Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa,Ministers,Senators,MHAs,MHRs,Iyalajes,Iyalojas,Erelus,Babalojas,Arewa Community,Indigbos,non- indigenes,
Pastors,Alfas,Imams,etc for their immense contribution,support and prayers towards the success of my historic 40th coronation anniversary”,the monarch averred.
