S.A ON NORTHERNERS CONGRATULATES GOV. LUCKY ORIMISAN AIYEDATIWA ON SUPREME COURT JUDGEMENT
The Special Assistant to the Ondo State Governor on Northerners(Ondo Central),Hon.Garuba Goniya has congratulated the Ondo State Governor His Excellency Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa on his victory at the Supreme Court,following the appeal made by the opposition in respect of the Governorship Election held in Ondo State last year.
The Supreme Court judgement that affirmed the candidacy of the Governor is a welcome development and victory for democracy in Ondo State as well as Nigeria.
Now,there is no doubt in my mind that Mr. Governor will have more time to transform Ondo State more than he met through his Odirorun,Odatiwa “Ease”programme that is meant to alleviate the sufferings of the people.
He used the occasion to appeal to herdsmen entering farms across the state to stop from doing so pointing out that,he is already collaborating with Amotekun in Ondo State to fish out bad elements among the herdsmen.
He affirmed that any herdsmen find destroying crops in the farm will be arrested and prosecuted.
“Enough is Enough of people trying to destroy the image of Filanis in Ondo State because we are peace loving people”,he stated.
He admonished farmers in Pndo State to always get in contact with him,anytime they see strange person or fulanis around their farm settlements for arrest and prosecution.
