SUPREME COURT JUDGEMENT; ODUDU CONGRATULATES AIYEDATIWA,HIS DEPUTY AND THE GOOD PEOPLE OF ONDO STATE

The Ondo State Chairman of National Union of Road Transport Workers NURTW,Ambassador Ademola Odudu has congratulated the Ondo State Governor,His Excellency Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa, his Deputy His Excellency Olayide Owolabi Adelami and the good people of Ondo State on their victory at the Supreme Court over the dismissal of an appeal challenging the candidacy of the Governor by the opposition party.
He made the disclosure during an exclusive telephone media interview with him early today by Today’s News Correspondent in Akure the Ondo State Capital.
“This is a victory for democracy,good governance and the good people of Ondo State”,Odudu Stated.
He commended the judiciary for being objective in the administration of Justice Nigeria with particular reference to the Supreme Court Judgement that favoured the Governor and His Deputy stating that they are eminently and academically qualified to contest and be voted for based on the constitutional requirements in Nigeria , Odudu explained.
According to Odudu,the Supreme and Appeal Court has done a good job at ensuring that democracy is upheld in Nigeria.
The governor is an Olive Tree that will never fall down, the Olive Tree has so many branches that Ondo State depends upon to alleviate their sufferings and bring dividends of Democracy to their door-step, Odudu averred.
As usual he assured the Governor of the Union’s unalloyed support all the time.
He once again appealed to the good people of Ondo State to board vehicles and fill their Manifest at NURTW parks across Ondo State while traveling in and outside the State.
“It is sinister for passengers to wait by the road-side to join vehicles because of their security and safety”,Odudu said.
