NINETEEN NOTHERN GOVERNORS ELATED, APPRECIATE AYEDATIWA ON MY APPOINTMENT AS SPECIAL ASSISTANT SAYS HON.GONIYA GARUBA
The newly appointed Special Assistant to the Governor of Ondo State on Northern Matters, Hon.Goniya Garuba has stated that all the nineteen northern states governors were very elated and full of appreciations to the Ondo State Governor His Excellency Lucky Orimisan Ayedatiwa when the news of his appointment as Special Assistant filtered into their hearing yesterday.
Hon.Goniya Garuba made the disclosure while fielding questions from Today’s News Correspondent in Akure today.
He said, Governor Lucky Orimisan Ayedatiwa is a lover of peace. He has appointed three Northerns as his Special Assistants, the first of its kind since the anal of history of Ondo State, he affirmed.
He personally expressed his gratitude to the Governor and his Cabinet Members for finding him worthy to be so appointed as a Special Assistant. He promised never to disappoint them, pointing out that the November 2024 Governorship Election in Ondo State has already been won by the state governor.
According to Hon.Goniya Garuba, “we shall mobilize all Hausa-Arewa residents across the eighteen Local Government Areas of Ondo State to vote enmasse for His Excellency Lucky Orimisan Ayedatiwa”, he declared.
He stated that His Excellency Lucky Orimisan Ayedatiwa is a tested and trusted leader who will take Ondo State to the promise land and urged the people of the state to vote for him massively so that they can continue enjoying dividends of democracy.
For what the governor has done, we the Hausa-Arewa Community in Ondo State shall go from house to house to campaign for the success of the Governor during the forth coming Governorship Election in Ondo State.
In another development, he stated that all the Hausa-Arewa in Ondo State are happy with the Governor in his transformational agenda and achievements since he assumed office pointing out that the amicable resolution and settlement of fracas between herdsmen and Amotekun by the Governor is a welcome development.
He promised that the northerners in Ondo State will continue to support the governor especially in the area of improvement of the State economy.
